Vesna Ćirić, Managing Director

Vesna Ćirić was appointed to the position of NMIC Director by the Government Decision of December 2nd, 2010.

She was born in Valjevo, Serbia, in 1961. She accomplished primary and secondary education in Belgrade and got her LLB degree from the University of Belgrade and passed her bar exam in 1993. Ms. Ćirić started her career at Gradac Screws Production Factory in the Town of Valjevo. Before joining the NMIC Team, she spent nearly 10 years on the managerial position at the Cultural Heritage Preservation Institute ov Valjevo.

Twice she was a member of the Valjevo Municipal Assembly (2001-2003 and 2008-2010), and in 2009 a member of the Republic Electoral Commission. Ms. Ćirić is also a member of the Society of Conservators of Serbia.

Saša Jovanović, Manager of Mortgage Loan Insurance and Risk Management Division

Saša Jovanović was born in Pirot, Serbia.

He got his BSc degree from the School of Economics at the University of Kragujevac. Sponsored by the Italian Government he spent two months in Italy studying small and medium enterprises. Mr. Jovanović started his career as an entrepreneur in 2002, after a year he moved to ProCredit bank, and eventually in 2005 he joined the NMIC as a Mortgage Loan Insurance Manager.

He is married to Biljana and they have son Andrei.

Milka Vuković, Manager of Financial and Accounting Operations

Milka Vuković was born in Bosanska Gradiška (Bosnia & Herzegovina) in 1952 where she accomplished primary and secondary education. She got her BSc degree from the School of Economics at Belgrade University and started her career at Beobanka Beograd where she quickly became a Head of Material and Finance Administration. During Beobanka liquidation process Ms. Vuković  was an Accounting Coordinator till 2005 when she joined the NMIC as an Accounting Department Manager.

In 2000 she became an authorised public accountant and auditor.
